Action on Poverty is a dynamic team of 7 in the UK, working together with local partners to address barriers to safe and lasting work in Uganda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania and Kenya. Our vision is a world where everyone can work with pride for a better future. We work in partnership with people in East and West Africa to build livelihoods and transform lives; addressing barriers to safe and lasting work, hunger and injustice. These changemakers access vital skills and resources needed to earn a living and address the root causes of poverty.
